STORM RIDERS OKLAHOMA TERRITORY CHAPTER
New Membership

On behalf of the Harley Owners Group and the membership of the Storm Riders Oklahoma Territory Chapter, WELCOME to the Chapter family!!
We have listed below some basic information which may be helpful to you as you fill out this Membership Application.

Please take a moment to review the items listed.  It is your responsibility to read and understand each of the items mentioned below.  
If you should have any questions or require any further information, please feel free to contact any of the Officers of the Chapter.  
Again, welcome to the family  so let's all “Ride & Have Fun”!

• You must be a current National H.O.G. Member. Please provide your National H.O.G. card if requested. (to join H.O.G., call 1-800-CLUB-HOG or ask your dealer)
• If you have purchased a NEW bike, your National H.O.G. number will get to you in about 2 to 4 weeks.  We must have that number in order to process your Chapter membership. 
   You can still participate in Chapter events as a "Guest" until your National membership and Chapter membership become valid.
• Chapter membership dues are $20. Per Person effective 1/1/2008
• Each person must fill out completely & sign one (1) membership application per person. Also one (1) national H.O.G. number per person.
• Cash or Check is accepted for membership dues payment; no credit cards
• Make checks out to: Central OK #1 HOG chapter (we will be changing our bank account to Storm Riders Oklahoma Territory Chapter after the first of 2009)
This form can be taken home and returned, with payment, at any chapter meeting or dropped off at:

• The Chapter Hot-Line is 216-0HOG (0464); updated weekly with Chapter info
• Chapter meetings are the 2nd Wednesday of every month unless changed. (always check for a change in date.)
• Chapter meeting location is: Willow Creek Golf & Country Club, 6501 S. Country Club, Dr. OKC, OK
• Chapter meetings begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Arrive early to socialize and eat (buffet opens at 5:30 PM).
• You must be a National H.O.G. member and a Chapter member to enjoy all Chapter related events & benefits.
• You can pick up a form from Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson in Moore or at any Chapter meeting. Or download & print this Enrollment form
